Accessibility Statement
Introduction
Last updated: 15/05/2025
At AUDITSU, accessibility isn't an afterthought, it's our foundation. As a technology company focused on enforcing digital accessibility at scale, we are committed to ensuring that auditsu.com is usable by everyone, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.
Our Commitment
We design, build, and ship iteratively, but every update is governed by a strict post-deployment testing protocol to align with WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 standards. While this approach reflects the pace and precision of modern product development, it also ensures our platform remains compliant with:
- European Accessibility Act (EAA)
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- UK Equality Act 2010
- Accessible Canada Act
- Australian DDA
- And other national accessibility laws where applicable.
AUDITSU continuously audits our digital properties using internal and external tools, including our own risk intelligence engine, to identify and remediate barriers as part of our operational workflow.
Current Conformance Status
As of the date of this statement, auditsu.com conforms, to the best of our knowledge, to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have validated this through a combination of automated scans, manual reviews, and user testing.
Known Limitations
As a rapidly evolving SaaS platform, occasional regressions may occur following new releases. These are typically short-lived and resolved as part of our ongoing compliance cycle. We continuously monitor and test our site to ensure we return to full conformance without delay.
If you encounter an accessibility issue, contact us directly. We treat all reports as high priority and aim to respond within 5 working days.
Feedback & Contact
If you need support accessing any part of our website or wish to report an issue:

Formal Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant national regulator (e.g. Equality and Human Rights Commission in the UK, or the ADA Coordinator in the US).
This statement reflects our legal obligations, our values, and our strategic commitment to lead by example. AUDITSU doesn't just build accessibility tools, we build them accessibly.
