About AUDITSU

Jason had two startup exits before he was 24. He has spent more than twenty years in sales, ten of them scaling commercial teams in recruitment, where he personally won contracts worth £12.3 million a year inside a billion-dollar recruitment company.

AUDITSU was born from his own frustration. Building a mobile app in 2023, he found accessibility the hardest part to get right, and in 2024 he pivoted to solving it.

In February 2026 he published a paper on how AI search tools find information in large document collections.

In 2025 the Royal Academy of Engineering backed his work on AUDITSU, and in 2024 Insider Media named him in its 42 Under 42. He organises Leeds Angels, an angel group that connects founders with investors, and in April 2026 he presented at Parliament alongside the ACT App Association.

Simon has spent more than thirty years turning new technology into products. At AUDITSU he leads the architecture of the platform.

He was employee number 30 at MMC Networks, which created the network processor category, listed on Nasdaq and was acquired by Applied Micro Circuits for $4.5 billion. He then co-founded Candlestick Networks, sold to Nortel.

He spent nine years as Vice President and General Manager at Marvell Semiconductor, where he led SheevaPlug, a Popular Science “Best of What's New” winner in 2009, and worked with One Laptop per Child on its XO tablet. He went on to found Petzila, whose connected pet camera sold through Best Buy, Petco, Walmart and Amazon, and which was acquired by Wagz.

He holds a PhD in digital signal processing from Manchester Metropolitan University and a first-class engineering degree from the University of Huddersfield, and has published 18 academic papers. He started out as an air radar technician in the Royal Air Force.
