Jason Crispin is the Founder of AUDITSU. He built the company from an accessibility product into a firm that puts AI to work inside regulated businesses and leaves a record that proves it behaves, and he has led every customer relationship it has.

As Founder, Jason sets the company's direction and commercial model and owns the customer side of a deployment: what the job is, what it is worth, and that it lands. He is on the first call and every one after, working alongside Simon Milner on scope, delivery and the record the customer keeps.

Before AUDITSU, Jason had multiple startup exits and spent more than twenty years in sales, where he personally won and delivered contracts worth £12.3 million a year inside a billion-dollar company. That is the discipline he brings to a deployment: a clear scope, a fixed timeline, and an outcome the buyer can put in front of their board.

Simon Milner is the Founding Architect of AUDITSU. He designed the record that sits under a deployment: the system that checks what an AI is allowed to do before it does it, records the decision, and lets anyone replay the history later. It is the subject of the company's patent application.

As Founding Architect, Simon owns the technical side of a deployment: how the job is built in the customer's codebase, how the check is wired into it, and what the customer is left running. He works alongside Jason Crispin from the first call, and he sets the engineering standard the company hires to.

Simon has spent more than thirty years turning new technology into products, twenty-five of them in Silicon Valley. He was employee number 30 at MMC Networks, which created the network processor category, listed on Nasdaq and was acquired for $4.5 billion. He co-founded Candlestick Networks, sold to Nortel, spent nine years as Vice President and General Manager at Marvell Semiconductor, and founded Petzila, whose connected pet camera sold through Best Buy, Petco, Walmart and Amazon before it was acquired by Wagz.

He holds a PhD in digital signal processing and a first-class engineering degree, has published 18 academic papers, and started out as an air radar technician in the Royal Air Force.
