Managed audit and user testing

We run your first audit. From £1,500.

Automated scanning catches somewhere between 30 and 57 per cent of accessibility barriers. The rest needs a person. That is why the platform walks your team through a real audit rather than handing you a score and calling it compliance. It is also why the first one takes real time.

If your team does not have that time right now, we will do it for you.

What you get

  • A complete baseline audit of your website or app against EN 301 549, the EU’s harmonised accessibility standard. It incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which is the bar most buyers and regulators will name.
  • Every finding loaded into your AUDITSU account, with severity, evidence and a suggested fix against each one.
  • A walkthrough call with your team so the people who will maintain it understand what we found.
  • Your accessibility statement generated from the results, ready to publish.

What happens afterwards

The audit is not a PDF that goes stale the day it lands. It is the starting state of your account. When your team fixes something, the record updates. When you ship a new release, you re-audit that part yourself. The second audit is one you run.

User testing

Tested by the people it is for

Conformance and usability are not the same thing. A page can satisfy every success criterion in the standard and still be exhausting to use with a screen reader. An audit tells you whether you meet the requirement. A test tells you whether it works.

  • Moderated sessions with participants who use assistive technology daily. Screen readers, switch access, voice control, magnification, and people with cognitive and motor differences depending on what you are testing.
  • Recruited against your actual audience, not a generic panel.
  • Recorded sessions, a findings report, and the findings loaded into your account alongside your audit results so both live in one record.
  • Participants are paid properly for their time.

It sits on top of an audit rather than replacing one. Usually two kinds of team ask for it: those who have fixed the barriers their audit found and want to know what is left, and those selling into public sector or enterprise procurement, where a buyer has asked for proof that disabled people were involved in the testing.

Studies vary by how many participants you need and what you are testing, so we quote each one.
