Affiliate Programme Terms
By joining the AUDITSU affiliate programme you agree to the following.
1. Referral data
Where someone signs up through your referral link, you will see their email address, the date they signed up, and whether the referral converted. That information is provided solely so that your commission can be verified and paid. You must not use it for any other purpose. In particular, you must not add it to a mailing list, contact the person, sell or share it, or keep it after your affiliate account closes.
2. How you may promote us
Promote AUDITSU honestly, in your own voice, on channels you control. You must not send unsolicited bulk email or messages, bid on our brand name or misspellings of it in paid search, register domains, social handles or app names containing our name, impersonate us or imply you are writing on our behalf, or post referral links into forums, comment sections, or review sites where they are off-topic or against the rules of that platform. You must disclose that your link is an affiliate link wherever the law or the platform requires it.
3. What you must not claim
AUDITSU is compliance tooling. You must not state or imply that using AUDITSU makes an organisation compliant with the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549, WCAG, or any other standard, that it guarantees a particular audit outcome, or that it removes legal risk. Do not invent or embellish statistics, fines, deadlines, or enforcement actions. If you are unsure whether a claim is accurate, ask us before you publish it.
4. Your independence
You are not our employee, agent, or partner, and you must not represent that you are. You may not make commitments on our behalf, quote prices, or negotiate terms with anyone.
5. Commission
Rates, cookie windows, and payout thresholds are as set out in the affiliate platform. We may withhold or reclaim commission on sign-ups that are refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or self-referred. Referring your own organisation, or an account you control, does not earn commission.
6. Ending the arrangement
Either of us may end your participation at any time. We may end it immediately, and withhold unpaid commission, if these terms are breached. When your account closes you must delete any referral data you hold.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing in the programme after a change means you accept it.
