We are assessing this site against the accessibility standards listed below. We are not currently claiming full conformance.

Accessibility Features

Our service includes the following accessibility features:

• Screen Reader Support: every page has a main landmark, labelled navigation landmarks and a consistent heading structure, and images carry text alternatives, so you can move by landmark or heading and hear what each image conveys.
• Keyboard Navigation: press Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links, buttons and form fields, and Enter or Space to activate them. A visible focus ring shows where you are, and the first Tab press on any page reveals a "Skip to main content" link that jumps past the header.
• Text Resizing: use your browser's zoom (Ctrl or Cmd and plus) to enlarge the page up to 200 percent. Body text and headings scale with your zoom level and reflow to fit the window, so no content is lost and you do not have to scroll sideways to read.
• Assistive Technology Compatibility: controls use native HTML elements with ARIA names and states where needed, so tools such as voice control and switch access can operate them. The theme control in the header is named "Switch to dark theme" or "Switch to light theme" (the sun or moon icon) and works with a keyboard, a screen reader or a pointer.
• Reduced Motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, this site follows it. Menus, panels and loading indicators stop animating, and when the page moves you to a new section it jumps there rather than scrolling. Nothing on the site animates on its own as you scroll.

Known Limitations

We audited every page on this site against WCAG 2.2 AA in September 2026 and fixed every defect it found in our own code, most recently on 15 September. The limitations we know about and have not yet resolved are all in third-party components that we cannot correct directly:

• Cookie consent banner: the banner comes from a third-party consent tool. The Escape key does not close it, and dismissing it with the keyboard leaves focus at the top of the page, so the next Tab starts again from the "Skip to main content" link. We have reported both to the supplier, who has told us they are working on a fix.
• Privacy policy: the table of personal information categories displays as one table but is built as three, and only the first carries column headers. A screen reader user moving through the later rows does not hear which column each cell belongs to.
• Terms of service: the policy contains 37 empty links that take keyboard focus but have no text, so keyboard and screen reader users land on links with nothing to announce.
• Language switcher on the privacy policy and terms of service: its "EN" label is white on a white background and cannot be seen.

The privacy policy, terms of service and their language switcher are provided by the same supplier. We reported these issues to them on 15 September 2026 and will update this list as fixes land.

AUDITSU assesses the accessibility of this site by self-evaluation. Automated checks including axe-core run against the site, and in September 2026 we reviewed every page in our sitemap against a catalogue of questions covering WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549, taking in keyboard traces, focus order, colour measurements and reflow at narrow widths.

Two things we have not tested. Screen readers and other assistive technology in the hands of the people who depend on them, and Windows High Contrast or other forced-colour modes. Neither is a fault we have found. Both are ground we have not covered, and we would rather say so than let the checks we have run imply more than they do. Automated and manual checks find coded defects, not every barrier someone actually meets, which is one of the reasons we do not claim full conformance.

Enforcement Procedure (UK)

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) oversees compliance with the Equality Act 2010, which covers the accessibility of private-sector websites and services in Great Britain. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, please contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Enforcement Procedure (EU)

The European Accessibility Act (EAA) is enforced through market surveillance authorities in each EU Member State. If you believe this product does not meet accessibility requirements, you may contact the relevant national authority in your country.

Enforcement Procedure (US)

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is enforced by the Department of Justice. If you believe this service violates accessibility requirements, you may file a complaint with the DOJ Civil Rights Division.
