The Asset View: Tracking Audit Progress

Track a single audit from one page: results summary, time and estimate panel, your next-step card, app-level questions, and the surfaces grid.

The top of the asset view shows the asset's name, its type, and overall progress as "12 of 96 checks complete". A Frozen badge appears if the asset is read-only on your current plan.

Results summary

Once the audit is under way, a donut chart summarises recorded verdicts: passed, failed, and remaining (checks marked not applicable are excluded). Select it, or View full results, to open the full breakdown. See results overview.

Time and estimate

The "Time & estimate" panel shows active time (hands-on time measured from answers, with long pauses excluded), how long the audit has been open, and an estimate of the time remaining. Toggle between Whole audit and Just me to see everyone's time or only your own. When nothing remains, it reads "Complete".

Your next step

A highlighted card always points at the most useful action: continue the next unfinished page or screen, complete the outstanding app-level questions, or review and publish your accessibility statement once everything is answered. A companion Statement of Intent card links to your statement throughout the audit.

Surfaces grid

Every page or screen appears as a tile showing its screenshot, name, status ("8 remaining", "Complete", or "All passed"), and a time line with the estimate left or time spent. The App level questions tile is pinned to the front of the grid. You can:

  • Search by name, and filter by All, In progress, or Complete
  • Select a tile to open that surface's check list and continue its walkthrough
  • Select Add page or Add screen to add a surface
  • Delete a surface from its tile; a confirmation warns this removes the surface and all its checks
