The Audit List: All Your Assets in One Place

Browse every asset in your organisation, track audit progress and statement status at a glance, search your assets, and start a new audit.

Your next action

The Audit page opens with a large card pointing at your most useful next step: continue an audit in progress (with the next page or screen and how many checks remain), start an audit that is ready, or review the results of one you have finished. Select the card to go straight there.

Apps and Websites

Below the action card, every asset in your organisation appears under "Apps and Websites". Each card shows:

  • The asset type: Website, iOS app, Android app, or Cross-platform
  • The asset name
  • Audit progress, as a bar with "12 of 96 complete" (or "No audit" if none has been set up)
  • A statement status badge once one exists: Draft, Ready to publish, or Published with its version number

Use the search box to filter by name, or select Add asset to start a new audit. Selecting any card opens its asset view.

Free plan and frozen assets

On the free plan, mobile assets carry a "Not on Free plan" label and are read-only; upgrading to a paid plan unlocks them. See pricing and the free plan.

If a plan downgrade leaves you with more assets than your plan allows, the extras are frozen: still viewable, but read-only, marked with a Frozen badge. Organisation owners get a one-time Activate option to swap a frozen asset with an active one.

Deleting and restoring assets

Organisation owners and admins can delete an asset from its card. Deleted assets move to a section at the bottom of the page, from which they can be restored.
