The Free Plan

What the Free plan includes in Auditsu, which features need a paid plan, and what to expect when you reach a plan limit.

What the Free plan includes

The Free plan includes website auditing. You can create a website asset, add the pages you want to cover, and work through the full guided audit. See creating an audit to get started.

What needs a paid plan

Some features show an upgrade prompt on the Free plan:

  • Mobile app auditing. The Free plan is web only. Choosing iOS or Android when creating an asset shows an upgrade prompt, and any existing mobile assets are labelled Not on Free plan and become read-only.
  • Remediation tickets. Creating tickets from failed checks requires a paid plan.
  • Accessibility statements. Generating an accessibility statement requires a paid plan.
  • Guest invitations. Inviting people from outside your organisation's domain requires a paid plan.

For current plan options and prices, see pricing.

Plan limits

Plans include a limit on the number of assets your organisation can hold. When you reach it, selecting Add asset shows an Asset limit reached prompt telling you how many assets your plan allows. Similar prompts appear if you reach your plan's limits for team members or guest seats.

Upgrade prompts

When you reach a limit or open a feature your plan does not include, a dialog explains what the feature is and which plan it is available on. From the dialog you can:

  • Open the plans page to upgrade, or upgrade directly where a one-click option is offered
  • Book a demo for a guided walkthrough
  • Ask a question to contact the team

The dialog also confirms which plan you are currently on. Nothing is changed until you choose to upgrade; closing the dialog returns you to where you were.
