Messages

Send direct messages to your team members and the Auditsu support contact from the Messages icon in the app header.

Opening Messages

Select the Messages icon in the app header to open the messenger. A badge on the icon shows how many unread messages you have.

Conversations are direct, one-to-one threads between you and another person in your organisation.

Starting a conversation

  1. Open Messages from the header.
  2. Start a new conversation and choose a person from the list of your organisation's members.
  3. Type your message and send it.

If a conversation with that person already exists, the messenger takes you to the existing thread.

Messaging support

The Auditsu support contact appears in the same people list, so you can message the support team directly without leaving the app. An online indicator shows when support is available. See Getting Help for other ways to reach the team.

Unread messages

The badge on the Messages icon counts unread messages across all of your conversations. Opening a conversation marks its messages as read.
