How to contact the Auditsu team with a question, book a demo, and keep up with product updates through the changelog.
Before you get in touch
Many questions are already answered in this documentation. Start with common questions and common issues, or browse the section that covers the feature you are using.
Contact the team
For anything the docs do not cover, reach the team through the contact page. A short message with context gets you a useful answer fastest. It helps to include:
- What you were trying to do, and on which page of the app
- The asset and surface involved, if any
- The exact wording of any error message
- The browser and device you are using
From inside the app
The fastest route while you are working is Messages: the support contact appears in the messenger's people list, so you can ask a question in a direct thread without leaving the app.
When you open a feature your plan does not include, the upgrade dialog also offers two ways to reach us:
- Ask a question opens the contact page with the feature you were looking at already noted, so you do not need to explain where you were.
- Book a demo schedules a guided walkthrough with the team.

Product updates
New features, improvements, and fixes are announced on the changelog. If something looks different from these docs, check there first; the change may have shipped recently.
