Fix Login, Upload, and Permission Problems

Troubleshoot common Auditsu issues including login failures, Google SSO problems, file upload errors, and permission restrictions. Step-by-step solutions included.

Login issues

If you are unable to log in, first check that you are using the correct email address and password. If you signed up with Google, make sure you are clicking "Continue with Google" rather than entering a password. You can reset your password from the login page if needed.

Screenshot uploads

If your screenshot upload fails, check that the file is in PNG or JPEG format and is under the maximum file size limit. Large screenshots may take longer to upload on slower connections. If the problem persists, try compressing the image or using a different browser.

Missing checks

If you expect to see certain checks in the walkthrough but they are not appearing, verify that the correct standards are selected for your asset. Some checks only apply to specific asset types (e.g., mobile-specific checks won't appear for websites). You can update your standards selection from the asset settings.

Invitation problems

If a team member reports that they did not receive their invitation email, ask them to check their spam folder. You can also resend the invitation from the members page. If the issue persists, verify that the email address was entered correctly and that your organisation has not reached its member limit.
