Keyboard shortcuts

Every keyboard shortcut in Auditsu, including the Cmd+K or Ctrl+K Lens shortcut and the arrow key controls in the audit walkthrough.

Global shortcuts

  • Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (PC): open or close the Lens. This works on every page, including the welcome flow.

Inside the Lens

While the Lens is open:

  • Up and Down arrows: move through the results.
  • Enter: open the highlighted page.
  • Escape: close the Lens.

See The Lens command palette for everything else the Lens can do.

Walkthrough shortcuts

While you are answering questions in a walkthrough:

  • Right arrow: skip ahead to the next question. The current question stays unanswered, exactly like the on-screen Skip control.
  • Left arrow: go back one question, matching the Back control.
  • Escape: exit the walkthrough and return to the screen you were auditing.

These shortcuts are suppressed while you are typing in a text field, so notes and comments never trigger navigation. They are also inactive on the end-of-walkthrough screen and while a dialog is open. See Walkthrough navigation for how moving between questions works.

Tickets

  • Escape: close a full-screen screenshot opened from a ticket comment.

Auditsu deliberately keeps the shortcut list small. Recording a result in the walkthrough always uses the on-screen controls, so a stray keypress can never log a verdict by accident.
