Publishing Your Statement
Publish a Statement of Intent while your audit runs, then the full statement once it completes. See what is required at each step.
Two publishing moments
You publish twice. While the audit is in progress, you can publish a Statement of Intent that tells visitors an audit is under way and how to reach you. Once the audit completes, you publish the full statement with your compliance results. Both actions live in the Publish & share section of the statement page.
Publishing a Statement of Intent
While the status badge reads Draft, the publish button is labelled Publish Statement of Intent. It stays disabled until the statement has everything it needs, and the page lists anything missing:
- Legal entity name
- Target jurisdictions
- Planned audit date
- Accessibility roadmap
- Contact email or contact form URL
The legal entity, jurisdictions, and contact details are inherited from your organisation settings. See completing your statement for where each field is edited.
Publishing the full statement
When your audit completes, the badge changes to Ready to publish and the button becomes Publish statement. Publishing is blocked while any app-level question is unanswered or incomplete. The App level questions section on the statement page shows what is outstanding and lets you answer each question with Pass, Fail, or N/A; defaults are rolled up from your walkthrough answers. See app-level questions.
If a publish attempt is blocked, the page highlights the first question that needs your input.
What publishing does
Each publish creates a numbered version of your statement and makes it available at your public link. After the first full publish, Auditsu keeps the statement current by recording new versions as your audit data changes. See version history and sharing your statement.
Plan requirements
Publishing statements requires a paid plan that includes the statement generator. If your plan does not, the app prompts you to upgrade; see pricing.
