Sharing Your Statement
Share your published statement with a stable public link or embed it on your site. The public page is read only and needs no sign-in.
The public link
Once your statement is published, the Publish & share section shows a Public URL with a copy button. The link is stable: it never changes, so you can put it in your website footer once and forget about it. By default it always serves the latest published version; if you pin a version, it serves that one instead. See version history.
Anyone with the link can read the statement. The public page is read only, requires no sign-in, and shows the statement exactly as rendered in your preview, with the version number and publication date in the footer.
Embedding on your site
Below the public URL, an Embed code block provides an iframe snippet with its own copy button. Paste it into any page on your site to render the statement inline.
If you embed a Statement of Intent, you do not need to update the snippet later: once the audit completes and you publish the full statement, the same link and embed switch to it automatically.
What visitors see
A published Statement of Intent is labelled "Audit in progress" and explains that a full compliance report will follow. A full statement shows your compliance status, known issues, assessment methodology, and contact details, and carries an "Actively maintained" badge once the statement is kept up to date with your audit data.
Sharing from the results page
The results page shows a statement banner once your statement is published. It links to the statement via View statement and includes a Share link button that copies the public URL to your clipboard. See results overview.
