Creating Your Account
Sign up for Auditsu with an email address and password or with Google, verify your email, reset a forgotten password, and accept team invitations.
Sign up with email
- Go to the sign-up page.
- Enter your email address and a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters.
- Select Create account.
You are signed in straight away and asked to verify your email address before you can use the rest of the platform.
Sign up with Google
To skip creating a password, use the Google sign-in button at the top of the sign-up page and choose your Google account. Your email address is verified through Google, so you go straight to the welcome onboarding.
Verify your email
After signing up with email, Auditsu sends a verification link to your inbox. Select the link to verify your address and unlock your account. Until you do, the app shows a "Verify your email to get started" screen.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then select Resend verification email on that screen.
Reset your password
If you forget your password:
- Go to the log-in page and select Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address. Auditsu sends you a reset link.
- Follow the link and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
Joining through an invitation
If a teammate invites you to their workspace, you receive an email with an invitation link. Opening the link shows which workspace you are joining and your role.
- You already have an account: log in if needed, then accept the invitation.
- You are new to Auditsu: set a password (at least 8 characters) and optionally your name, and your account is created as you accept.
