Priority card

Learn how the priority card on the Auditsu dashboard picks your most useful next action, from continuing an audit to publishing a statement.

How it works

The priority card is the large card beneath the greeting on your home dashboard. Auditsu checks your current situation in a fixed order of importance and shows one recommendation at a time. Click the card to go straight to the suggested task. As you complete each step, the card moves on to the next most useful one.

What the card can show

  • Set up your organisation details. Shown once to members who can edit the organisation, so you can add the details needed to publish accessibility statements later.
  • A plan upgrade prompt. On the free plan, the card invites you to view paid plans. See changing your plan and pricing.
  • Your accessibility statement is ready to publish. Your statement is activated and waiting. See publishing your statement.
  • Statement published. Your statement is live, with its current version number. Click through to view it.
  • Continue auditing. You have an active audit. The card names the asset, the next surface to check, and how many checks remain, and takes you back into the walkthrough.
  • Start your audit. You have a draft audit that is ready to check.
  • Review your results. An audit is complete. The card links to its results.
  • Start an audit. You have assets but no audit underway. See creating an audit.
  • Complete your profile. Add your name so your team knows who you are.
  • Invite your team. You are the only member of a team organisation. See inviting members.
  • You're all set. Nothing needs your attention right now.

Which audit it picks

When you have several audits, the card features the in-progress audit you updated most recently, so you return to where you left off. If every audit is complete, it features the most recently updated one instead.
